Hey multiple WIP babes, I have some questions.

Do you focus on one before you start another?

If not, how do you balance them out?

Do you write to that project you got inspo for or you strictly focus on one, and just jot down the ideas when they strike for the others?

If your focus diverted from one WIP, how do you lure back to it?

Please go off, I’m curious.

I keep a spiral notebook, and #wip notes on my computer, with snippets of scenes, and biographies for the MCs/POV character. I especially write down clever dialogue flashes I think up. Character details/history. Then I will research a new work in progress while crafting my query packet for the manuscript I've just finished. Got to keep the brain lubricated.
